We have set ourselves apart by providing a safe and secure environment that is culturally and socio-economically diverse. Memorial provides the same academic and extra curricular activities as larger schools, but within a smaller and more inclusive community. Small class sizes allow Memorial faculty and staff to truly know their students and to foster the unique family feeling on campus. SJM Stats Compared to Local School Districts
Student Eligibility for UC/CSU:
The data below details and compares our senior classes versus Fresno, Clovis, and Visalia Unified students. Our students in comparison to our surrounding districts meet the UC/CSU Course Requirements at a much higher rate. It is a 30-40% difference in the courses and rigor our students take to be UC/CSU eligible. The graph below compares SJM the last three years to Clovis, Fresno and Visalia Unified from 2021-2023 as their 2024 and 2025 data has not yet been reported. This data highlights the preparation our students receive in their college readiness and overall college eligibility. -
