Current Students - contact your counselor to request an unofficial transcript or to have official transcripts sent through Naviance. Official transcripts may also be ordered from the Registrar for $5 each.
SJM Alumni and Former Students - please visit SJM's Parchment.com site to order your transcripts. Parchment is the leader in eTranscript exchange. You must create an account with Parchment before you can request your transcript. Please allow 5 business days for the request to be completed.
Through Parchment you can send official transcripts to colleges, employers, NCAA, individual emails, and so on. Transcripts are uploaded by the Registrar at San Joaquin Memorial High School, Parchment makes them official, and sends it to the destination you entered. You have the choice of sending electronic copies, which are sent immediately once uploaded, or paper copies that Parchment will mail for you.
3rd Party Verifiers (Parents, Employers, Corporate & Government Agencies) - please visit SJM's www.parchment.com site to order a transcript or enrollment/graduation verification. You must create an account. Then provide the learner information as well as a signed consent form. Parchment provides a usable consent form available for download. Please allow 5 business days for these orders to be completed.
